THE Coffeeshop in Maastricht! ;O) | If you find yourself in Maastricht and like a relaxing smoke then head for Heaven69; it is a little further out the centre (by about 5 mins) but well worth the trouble of getting there. It is one classy place with a fantastic outdoor area. I enjoyed a half hour sun bathe + a smoke - superb! You can smoke in all sections of the shop. Selection of gear seemed reasonable + averagly priced and it also boasts the most stunning bar maid in all of Holland! (The Asian lady if you need to ask). Well worth a visit. |

A must stop | If you make it to Maastricht stop by Coffeeshop Heaven 69!! Nice staff "angels". Great place to chill out and "Relax Dutch Style". If you are luck enough to get a nice sunny day, hit up the roof/patio for an outstanding time relaxing in the sun. Awsome food, everything is fresh. first time there met and chilled with the owner, while he was pealing garlic. Soup of the day is outstanding, you can never go wrong with that! Enjoy the Heavenly Life. |

Fun times, great food, vibes and ofcourse... | You don't just make places like Heaven 69 they are cultural evolution. This is my favourite coffee shop- ever! It's cosy and has a natural atmosphere. The music sets the right tone and you can always find interesting people to hang out with- any time of the day or night. I am definately going to back to Heaven 69- to be sure! |

Nice place nice folks | A nice place that isn't sketchy to go into and chill. The upstairs area has good ventilation and doesn't get real smoky. Their Orange milkshake is crazy good. I'm from Florida and I wasn't really expecting much, but this was great. It's like how gelato has the fruit actually in it and captures the essence of the actual fruit flavor, then spun into a milkshake. Their menu was pretty limited. They also no longer serve food. There was a girl at another table who was very nice and helped me and my girlfriend find a nice local restaurant. She even asked the staff for directions and drew me a map. Very nice girl. Unfortunately, the Italian place was full when we got there and so were 2 other restaurants near by. They must be good places. We settled on a Greek place and it was some of the best food I had while in Europe that week. |

... Maastricht is a very likable city and Heaven is a very likable coffeeshop. It's big with three distinct sections. The bud counter is in the lower rear section. Above that is an area with a removable-canvas-awning-roof-type-thing. On a nice day it is rolled back to make it into a garden. It seems to be surrounded by a jungle so it's like being in the country in the middle of the city. ...maps.google.com
